COLUMBUS, Ohio — Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô® Group, the nation’s leading vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô AutoGlass®, announced today an agreement to acquire the assets of Auto Glass America. The transaction was completed on Friday, September 25, 2020.
Auto Glass America, owned by Bill Reilly, has one store in Riverside, California, and has earned a strong reputation for their craftmanship, work ethic and customer service experience. These business philosophies align nicely with Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô’s vision of being the greatest, most trusted and admired service brand.
