COLUMBUS, Ohio – Deal closed July 15, 2022. Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô® Group, the nation’s leading vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô AutoGlass®, announced today an agreement to acquire Henderson Glass in Michigan. The transaction closed on Friday, July 15, 2022.
