COLUMBUS, Ohio – Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô® Group, the nation’s leading vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô AutoGlass®, announced today an agreement to acquire the assets of Premium Auto Glass headquartered in Denver, CO. The transaction was completed on Friday, December 9, 2022.
