How did you get started as a technician?* “I started my journey as a technician when I met the previous District Manager. He was so delighted with the customer service experience he received from me (at my job at the time) that he offered me a position at Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô.”

What does Joe’s leader say about him? “Joe is the Louisville SuperCenter “go to” guy. If you look up the definition of Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô Spirit at the top of the page, there should be a photo of Joe right alongside it. Joe doesn’t know a stranger, whether a colleague or a customer. He handles every situation with a positive attitude.”

What’s the best thing about being a technician? “Helping others is by far the best part about being a technician. I perform a skilled service for my customers with the highest level of quality possible. I strive every day to deliver service so great it’s memorable.”

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô? I will never forget my experience during my training class – we had a great time learning together.”

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? “My passion would have to be my friends and family. I am very much a people person and I try to be there for those who need me.”

Just for fun: What’s your dream car? “Without a doubt – a 72 boat tail Riviera.”
